Y.Bhg Datuk Haron Siraj

He obtained his B.A (Hons) Econs from Manchester, UK. In 1975, he had his masters in Development of Economics from Williams College, USA.
 
He started his career as an Assistant Controller in Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Kuala Lumpur. After pursuing his Post Graduate Studies, he was attached to Ministry of Primary Industries, as Under Secretary. He was responsible for development of commodities, marketing and promotion, international negotiations on trade and international commodity agreements and bilateral, regional and multilateral economic cooperation and the setting up of the Kuala Lumpur Commodity Exchange.
Among other positions held are Minister Counselor for Permanent Mission of Malaysia, Geneva; Director of Industrial Development, Ministry of International Trade & Industries; Director of International Trade, Ministry of International Trade & Industries and Deputy Secretary-General (Trade), Ministry of International Trade & Industries. He was also Permanent Representative of Malaysia to the United Nation and other International Organizations and Specialized Agencies in Geneva and the Secretary-General, Ministry of Primary Industries between 1996 and 2000.
 
Prior to joining MM Vitaoils, he was the CEO of Malaysia Palm Oil Promotion Council (MPOPC) from January 2001 until January 2006, responsible for the promotional and marketing activities of Malaysian Palm Oil in the effort to make it the leading oil in the global oils and fats market.

Prof. Muhamad Jantan

A Ph.D holder from University of Wales, United Kingdom after graduating with a B.Sc. (1st Class Honours) from the University of Warwick. He serves with University Sains Malaysia for 22 years and is currently the Director of the Policy Research Centre. He is Professor of Operations Management and over the years, he has provided executive development programs for corporate bodies and public institutions such as Intel, Motorola, Solectron, Unico, Otis, Silitek, Matsushita, Amcor, FMM (Penang, Johore and Ipoh), PNB, IKIP, INTAN, MIA; in areas such as quality management, operations management, decision making and research methods. Prof. Muhamad has completed various consultancy projects. Amongst are Household Purchase Decision Making and Buying Style & Shift Work System and Shift Workers’ Behaviour for Sistem Televisyen Malaysia; and Manufacturing Strategy Priorities and Manufacturing Structure for Business Performance of the manufacturing sector in the Northern Malaysian States.
 
He gives his insights through his immense experience on the management and direction of the Company.

Mazlan Muhammad
Managing Director
 
 
The founder and key personnel of MM Vitaoils Mazlan is highly qualified in Management and Retail Studies as well as Advanced Food Hygiene Management and Safe Catering. He began his career with News Straits Times Press Bhd as Circulation Executive and then worked for 11 years in Bata (M) Berhad in the retailing section as District Manager and later on as Retail Store Manager. Subsequently, he was selected to perform his national services at Malaysia Airports Niaga (a subsidiary of Malaysia Airports Berhad) as Group Operations Manager for retailing duty free and F&B outlets at all Malaysian airports for 3 years, responsible for setting up the retailing division of all International Malaysian Airports.
 
He set up a trading company, now known as MM Vitaoils Sdn Bhd, exporting Malaysian agricultural commodities, mainly palm oil, cocoa, rubber and timber in 1999. In 2002, he managed to initiate a factory in Shah Alam, manufacturing and exporting quality palm oil products.
 
He oversees the overall management of the Company from leading the development of businesses to operations, marketing, trading, finance, administration as well as strategic planning of the Company.

Hj. Rozan Mohd Sa’at

He was appointed Board of Director of MM Vitaoils on July 1st, 2005 as a board representative from Sindora Berhad. He was appointed to the Board of Director of Sindora Berhad on 23 May 2002 and assumed the position as the Managing Director of Sindora Berhad on 1 September 2002. He holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honors) majoring in Statistic from University Kebangsaan Malaysia.
 
He started his career in 1983 as an Administrative Officer in Corporate Planning and Research Department of Johor Corporation before being seconded as an Operations Manager in Sergam Berhad, a subsidiary of Johor Corporation in 1986. From 1988 to 1993, he was appointed as the Executive Director of several subsidiaries in Johor Corporation Group and in 1994, he was appointed as the General Manager of Johor Corporation’s Tourism Division before assuming the post as Chief Executive of the same Division in 1996.
 
Prior to his appointment as the Managing Director of Sindora Berhad, he served as the Senior General Manager, Business Development of Johor Corporation from 1999 until August 2002.

Hayati Jantan

Hayati bt Jantan is a Director, appointed to the Board of MM Vitaoils since 1999.She has developed her career with CIMB Bank Berhad since 1981 and serves the financial institution for 18 years. She is well verse in various banking operation including bank audit, fund remmitance, debt recovery and handling bank operation department as well. She is also directly involves in the initial setting up of the MM Vitaoils especially in advising financial matters to the company.
 
Other than being the director, she also acts as a Financial Advisor to the company in boosting up the company performance and achievement in line with the company vision and mission.
