Preheat oven to 180oC and arrange the baking cups in a muffin pan.

In a bowl, cream MARVELLOSO Margarine, caster sugar, milk powder, honey and vanilla essen until soft and fluffy.

Add in eggs one at a time.

Sieve the self-raising flour into the mixture and add in water little by little.

Spoon the batter into each of the baking cup and fill in the blueberry filling. Cover with one spoon of the batter on top of it. Fill in about halfway of the cup.

Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the muffins turn brown.
